PSG: Campos has opened other files for the transfer window

PSG is struggling to complete the arrivals of Milan Skriniar and Gianluca Scamacca, for whom Inter Milan and Sassuolo are too greedy. Luis Campos would have activated other tracks for the transfer window. Renato Sanches (Lille) would begin to be patient.

According to information obtained by The Team, the leaders of PSG have decided to move forward on other tracks than those of Milan Skriniar and Gianluca Scamacca. Inter Milan are said to be expecting between €60m and €70m for the former, while Sassuolo have reportedly priced the latter at €50m. The negotiations started with the formations of Serie A do not seem to bear fruit and Luis Campos would have opened several other files.

Gonçalo Ramos new priority in attack?

The sports daily thus reveals that three other avenues are being studied to strengthen the axis of defense. The will of the Parisians would be to get out of the role of cash cow, while the prices intended for the club would be “40% more expensive”. This strategy would also aim to adapt to the new financial fair play rules. In attack, PSG recruiters would notably target Gonçalo Ramos, whose profile Luis Campos would appreciate for several years. The sports director could also follow other leads.

The problem is a bit the same in the middle of the field. PSG would have offered orally 10 million euros to LOSC, for Renato Sanches. But the offer would not be enough for Olivier Létang, although his player is coming to a year from the end of his contract. Especially since AC Milan would put 16 million euros on the table to bring him in. This situation would particularly strain the Portuguese environment, which would be annoyed by the time taken by the Parisians in the discussions. The media understands that he has so far failed AC Milan, but he would only give PSG 48 hours to complete the operation.

PSG does not seem to have unlimited means for its transfer window. The time for big spending seems to be over and sales may be needed to validate the next recruits.
